Water conditions
Curimãs features relatively flat to choppy water near the shore, making it ideal for freeriding and intermediate kitesurfers. At low tide, some areas of the water become flat, suitable for freestyle, while further offshore, small waves form, perfect for strapless surf enthusiasts. The spot is less crowded, providing peaceful sessions with plenty of space to ride without too many people around.
Wind strength
The wind in Curimãs is steady and strong during the windy season (July to December), with averages between 18 and 28 knots.
